As a company, we manage several commercial buildings, conventional apartment complexes, and affordable housing communities. Traditionally, we have managed our own portfolio, but we have begun growing our capacity to take on third party management portfolios. Model Realty is our commercial management company and Brickstone Properties is our residential management company.

 

In the role of property manager, we bring the same core values of stewardship and accountability to this responsibility. We strive to be stewards of the properties entrusted to us, and we strive to be accountable to the property ownership as well as the communities in which we work.

 

Our commitment extends past the rental property and into the community. We believe that our role as community partner does not stop with property development or with construction. The residents who live in our communities or work in our managed properties are persons first and we do not take this responsibility lightly.

 

In the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area alone, we manage over 1,500 residential units. The vacancy rate for the redeveloped property we own and manage is approximately three percent. We have a complete professional maintenance staff that is available to our properties’ residents or commercial clients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
